This site collects almost nothing about you directly — here's exactly what it does track, and why.

1. Information we collect
This site collects very little. It always uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless aggregate service — it sets no cookies, identifies visits only by a temporary hash discarded after 24 hours, and isn’t part of any consent choice. If you additionally accept cookies via the banner, the site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behavior — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type. Neither service collects names, email addresses, or other personal information through normal browsing. There are no user accounts, no forms, and no e-commerce on this site, so none of that kind of data is collected either. If you choose to email the address in the footer, whatever you include in that email is up to you.
2. Cookies & tracking
This site uses a first-party cookie to remember your Accept/Reject choice, and, only if you accept, Google Analytics’ own cookies. Vercel Web Analytics, described above, sets no cookies at all and isn’t affected by this choice. No tracking that uses cookies happens before you make a choice, and declining means Google Analytics never loads. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

3. How we use data
Any analytics data collected (only once you’ve accepted cookies) is used solely to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are popular, how people find it, whether it works well on different devices — so it can be improved. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale.
4. Sharing & third parties
Analytics data is processed by two providers: Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.), which runs on every visit and only ever produces aggregate, non-identifying statistics; and, only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics (Google LLC), under Google’s own privacy policy. This site does not sell personal data or share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., and its content is managed through Sanity, a headless CMS — beyond the aggregate analytics described above, neither service receives visitor personal data beyond what any web host or CMS ordinarily processes to serve a page, such as an IP address in a server log.
5. Data retention
Google Analytics cookies persist for up to 2 years, per Google’s own defaults (see the table above). If you reject or later withdraw cookie consent via “Cookie settings” in the footer, no new analytics data is collected going forward; Google’s own retention settings govern any data already collected before that point.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data — for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Because this site collects so little personal data directly, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to decline or withdraw cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. For any other request, use the email address in the footer.
7. Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS. Since no accounts, passwords, or payment information are collected, there is no login or payment data to protect. Reasonable technical measures are maintained by the hosting and CMS providers this site relies on (Vercel, Sanity), but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information here, contact us via the email address in the footer and it will be removed.
9. International transfers
This site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. and, where cookies are accepted, uses Google Analytics — both of which may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. By using this site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in such locations.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally as the site or its practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. There is no separate notification mechanism, since this site doesn’t collect contact information from visitors to notify them with.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the email address in the footer.
12. Definitions
“Personal data” means any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify you. “Cookies” are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. “Processing” means anything done with data, including collecting, storing, or analyzing it.
